The staff were accommodating and friendly. Prompt responses from the manager. Clean and spacious room. Hammock to relax and enjoy the night sky. Quiet area with great restaurants nearby. Good location off the main street.

During my Christmas stay, I truly appreciated the warm welcome from the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The location was perfect for me; it was situated in a quiet area but still close to many nice restaurants and the main avenue. Additionally, I enjoyed the fact that my room had a hammock, which allowed me to enjoy the beautiful night sky.
Although my stay was overall enjoyable, I did find there were some issues. The kitchen equipment was not in great condition, with one small pan and dish provided, and no kitchen wiper. I also experienced slow water drainage in the bathroom. However, the biggest inconvenience was waiting each time for someone to arrive with a key, which could be improved with a lockbox system.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome, the spacious and clean room with a hammock, and the excellent location just off the main street with great restaurants within a short walk.

The hotel's location is great, with good restaurants within walking distance and the city center easily accessible on foot. Rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a spacious fridge. Some rooms have hammocks and the rooftop provides a nice view. the staff is welcoming and helpful, even providing Netflix accounts in some rooms.
The shower water pressure can be weak in some rooms.
